4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your jl62 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jl62 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jl62 processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 4.4 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jl62 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl62 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. jl62 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jl62 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
5.1 General. jl62 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jl62 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. jl62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, jl62 may forfeit any remaining account balance. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support.
